By accessing or using Splitpost ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Pagefect Pavic GmbH, Pützchensweg 36, 53227 Bonn, Germany. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Splitpost is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms videos, podcasts, blog posts, and other content into platform-native social media posts. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content based on your input.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
Free Plan: 3 content splits per month, 5 channels. No credit card required.
Paid Plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Usage limits reset on the first of each month. Unused splits do not carry over.
You retain all rights to the content you submit and the outputs generated. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit (e.g., videos, articles, podcasts). We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
Content you submit is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic) for processing. We do not store your input content after processing is complete.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You agree not to abuse the Service through automated access, scraping, or circumventing usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content generated by Splitpost is produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@splitpost.app. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Bonn, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
